Public policy draft

Accessibility Statement

Virtual Museum's accessibility intent, supported surfaces, known limitations, contact path, and review cadence.

Accessibility intent

Virtual Museum aims to make core discovery, account, checkout, support, and policy experiences usable with clear structure, keyboard access, readable text, and visible focus.

This draft does not claim full conformance to any standard until accessibility review and evidence support that claim.

Supported surfaces

Priority surfaces include public discovery pages, museum detail pages, pricing, checkout review, account, auth, support, and policy pages.

Immersive media and 360 tour experiences may have additional limitations that need separate review.

Known limitations

Some media-heavy, map, panorama, and future AI surfaces may require additional keyboard, screen reader, caption, transcript, or motion-reduction work.

Known limitations should stay visible until route QA and accessibility evidence show improvement.

Contact

Users can contact support for accessibility barriers, missing alternatives, readable text issues, focus problems, or navigation concerns.

A useful report includes the page URL, browser/device context, assistive technology if relevant, and the task that was blocked.

Review cadence

Accessibility review should happen before public policy pages or commerce surfaces are treated as ready.

Review should repeat when routes, checkout/account flows, immersive media, or localization behavior changes.
