Ownership scope
Museum names, artwork, photographs, tour media, logos, and cultural materials may belong to their respective owners, institutions, creators, or licensors.
Platform presentation does not create ownership of third-party cultural assets.
Attribution
Attribution should be shown where source, license, or partner evidence supports it.
Source notes should stay conservative when a content item is still draft, uncertain, or awaiting review.
Partner media
Partner or institution media must follow the agreed usage scope, display rules, and takedown/change request path.
Do not describe content as partner-approved unless specific evidence supports that claim.
Generated or edited media
Generated, enhanced, or edited media should be labeled or governed according to the current media and AI documentation.
Generated media must not be used to imply official reproduction, provenance, or rights ownership.
Usage limits
Users may not copy, redistribute, scrape, sell, or misuse protected or rights-sensitive media outside the permitted app experience.
Some assets may be preview-only or protected by access controls.
Takedown and correction
Rights holders, institutions, creators, or users can contact support for takedown, attribution, correction, or usage-scope concerns.
Support should record the request, affected asset, source, claimant context, and next action without publishing private legal advice.
